At one point or another we can all benefit from what therapy has to offer, starting with a relationship that's uniquely separate from the rest of our day-to-day lives. Family and friends may provide a great deal of support, but an outside voice - in the context of a warm, respectful, and collaborative working relationship - can make all the difference. Most people find that therapy is the place where they can finally make sense of confusing or difficult feelings and situations.
