How are you? Really, how are you? I am interested in the 'you' behind the mask. Whether you are trying to move past trauma, wrangling with anxiety, reeling from systemic changes, or trying to keep it together while struggling with ADHD, we all we need a place of non-judgment to explore ourselves, build trust in our bodies, and finally move past our harmful patterns into new growth. As a Venezuelan-American having lived overseas for many years, I bring a cross-cultural, curious lens to approaching therapy, encouraging folks to find safety and a sense of 'home' within their bodies and minds.
