I am an LMHC and Art Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people with problems related to depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Many of my clients find that through the creative process such a visual art, music and writing, they are able to reconnect with a more authentic part of themselves. This process can be particularly helpful for decreasing stress, anxiety, increasing self esteem, regulating mood, increasing focus and concentration, and enhancing communication skills.
