Currently accepting new patients in NH, MA, and ME! I work with high-functioning adults who often appear to “have it all together” but privately struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, or relationship challenges. I also help clients navigate major life stressors, including grief and loss from breakups, divorce, or the death of a loved one. I take a person-centered, down-to-earth approach and offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you’ll be treated like a human, not a diagnosis.
