I am passionate about working with those who struggle with anxiety and depression, as well as other mood and personality disorders, adjustment issues, and self-esteem. I am also currently working on becoming a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, Pilates, and petting all the dogs. I enjoy uplifting and supporting clients, while also challenging their ways of thinking making me a non-judgmental and compassionate, but realistic sounding board. My therapeutic style is influenced by person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
