I empower adults experiencing recurring dissatisfaction in their lives to pursue big shifts by unlocking their inner wisdom, releasing limiting patterns, and establishing healthy boundaries to create a life of freedom and authenticity. If your experiences have you feeling stuck or if you feel like you're not living as your authentic self then life is inviting you to change. We each have an innate ability to heal ourselves and I am honored to guide people on the path to rediscovering who they were meant to be. I incorporate many things to create a space where people can heal. I am certified in Brainspotting and find it a great tool for deep work. Many of my clients benefit from Life Centered Therapy, a psycho-spiritual and mind/body model that heals the root of a variety of emotional, mental and physical issues. I also teach HeartMath techniques and EFT (tapping).
