My name is Stephanie Peoples and I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in assisting clients with meeting their full potential and optimal health. I assist clients in managing mental health symptoms by providing tools to cope and by focusing on the potential to grow and heal. My approach to therapy is to meet the client where they are. I use a person-centered approach when working with clients. I also refer to the strengths perspective and incorporate CBT and DBT approaches when conducting therapy.
