Hello and welcome! I work with individuals and couples who want to make a change in their daily lives. Our time together will consist of identifying and processing emotional difficulties, working towards achieving the ability to be open and honest, and to feel more comfortable by taking it one day at a time. I use a gentle approach to challenge our thoughts, and anxieties while learning to be supportive of ourselves. Our time together will assist in addressing hardships, self-doubt, intrusive thinking, and working on the relationship with the self to build a happier, healthier version of you.
