I focus on working with individuals who are impacted by narcissistic abuse, emotional/psychological abuse, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I have completed multiple trainings on mood disorders, narcissism, and psychological abuse. I know how complex and damaging these relationships can be. I also know that it is possible to heal from the wounds which toxic people leave us with. If you feel like your dealing with gaslighting, control, or manipulation in your relationships, I would love to help. I aim to provide you with tools to help you regain your power and your voice, and to help you find yourself again.
