I use a holistic approach which integrates family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and complicated grief therapy. I specialize in Abuse and Trauma. My experience includes working with individuals struggling with Self Esteem Issues, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Grief, Domestic Violence, Bipolar Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
