I support people who want to gently break painful family patterns—healing old wounds, moving away from addiction, or becoming the parent they always needed. Many clients come in saying, “I keep choosing the wrong partner,” “I feel anxious and overwhelmed,” or “I feel insecure in my relationship.” Change takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. As a wife and mom, I've done my own healing work around early life experiences, I offer a safe, supportive space. I believe therapy should be purposeful and lead to real growth. Together, we’ll explore how your past shaped you and build healthier ways to cope, connect, and parent. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and trauma-informed. I believe change happens when you feel safe enough to tell your story and supported enough to try new ways of being. I use the mind-body connection to teach you to regulate your nervous system and feel peaceful again, regardless of your life circumstances.
