Through a supportive and nurturing relationship, we will work together to strengthen your emotional resources and change unhealthy patterns. Such work often involves a thoughtful understanding of the ways in which important relationships, significant life experiences, and society/culture contribute to current obstacles. Gradually, you will deepen your insight about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; develop healthy ways to cope with stress; and improve your quality of life. I offer services for adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples. When working with children/adolescents, I encourage parent participation that is congruent to treatment goals.
