Counseling is a space to be seen without judgment and safely explore what it might look like to live into a future of intentionality and purpose. I work with clients encountering a variety of challenges including: anxiety, perfectionism, difficulty with parenting and relationships; balancing work and family; spiritual concerns; adjustments to parenthood; chronic pain; work stress; navigating small business, family business, or self-employment; and family struggles.
