I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate through life’s transitions, emotional stress, and personal growth. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work, with a focus in Health and Maternal & Child Health. Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and intentional. We will focus on helping you reconnect with your values, quiet the inner noise, and together, we’ll discover a more peaceful, empowered you. My approach is direct, while maintaining support, and is rooted in mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Most importantly, I’ll meet you where you are.
