I thrive working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, complex trauma, and relational trauma. I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, addiction, codependency, and other relationship issues. I also enjoy helping people process grief and loss issues, set boundaries and improve self-care, and navigate life transitions. I work with identity issues and LGBTQIA+ community as well.
