My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings and presenting concerns, with particular depth in working with individuals impacted by trauma, attachment disruptions, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I have extensive training in trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, which shape my understanding of behavior as communication and coping rather than pathology. This perspective allows me to create safe, trusting therapeutic relationships where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal. I emphasize the importance of relational safety and emotional regulation, and collaboration. I support caregivers in understanding child development, the effects of trauma, and practical strategies that foster connection rather than fear or shame. With adolescents and adults, I integrate insight-oriented work with concrete tools to to address symptoms, build resilience, and strengthen self-efficacy.
