I specialize in working with high-achieving adults —particularly professional women—who are outwardly successful yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Many of my clients are navigating addiction and recovery, anxiety, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They carry significant responsibility, function at a high level, and often prioritize performance over well-being. My work helps clients align external success with internal stability, clarity, and long-term emotional health. For clients who benefit from additional structure, I offer optional BAC monitoring as a supportive, non-punitive clinical tool. My approach is solution-focused, direct, and collaborative. I help clients move beyond insight alone and into action by building emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and practical coping strategies that support real-world change. Therapy with me is active and intentional, with accountability balanced by compassion.
