I will meet you exactly where you are to guide through challenges. I believe that within yourself, you already have what you need in order to heal. In our sessions, we will highlight these qualities for you to feel empowered in your life. My job is to provide tools/resources to create a solid foundation for deeper trust in yourself. This is a collaborative process that invites you to fully participate in your healing & growth. Since the mind, body, heart, & soul are interconnected, they all need to be nurtured to heal & thrive.
