I am supportive and direct in my practice and have been able to assist others with moving forward and toward their best self. I work to assist clients with identifying common stressors or barriers and identifying strategies for overcoming those thoughts, feelings, and challenges that are holding them back. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and families to learn strategies to better manage stressors related to life change.
