In my private practice I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I help people respond more clearly to internal and relational stress, mood dilemmas, and accumulated emotional strain. I support couples in working through disconnection, conflict, and reactivity—toward clarity, intimacy, and shared direction. I also work with healthcare professionals and caregivers addressing emotional exhaustion, burnout moral distress, and role pressure. Many clients come with symptoms of anxiety, panic, dissociation, or emotional numbing.
