I have been licensed for 40 years and have a wide range of experience working in a number of Mental Health and Psychotherapy settings. I believe that my one of my strengths is being able to see the world through my client’s eyes as a way of starting the journey towards the client’s goals and improved quality of life and health. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process- the client is an expert about themselves and I bring the expertise of many modalities and interventions that can promote personal growth.
