I work with adults stuck in compulsive or risky patterns such as gambling, sexual behaviors, or substance use that are beginning to affect their relationships, work, or sense of self. Many clients are high-functioning outwardly but privately struggling with secrecy, shame, and repeated attempts to stop. My goal is to help clients understand what drives these behaviors, build practical coping and decision-making skills, and develop healthier ways to manage stress and urges, while also supporting partners or family members in setting effective boundaries. Together, we work toward stability, restored trust, and sustainable change.
