We all reach points where life feels overwhelming or incredibly challenging. Regardless of age or circumstance, stress can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or hopeless. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, impulsivity, unsafe behaviors, and even suicidal thoughts. With the right support, it’s possible to feel more grounded, connected, and in control. I’ve supported hundreds of clients over nearly 20 years in the helping professions, and I’m currently accepting new clients across New York via telehealth.
