Hi! I'm a professional counselor licensed in California and Arizona. I have 15 years of experience and work well with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships and life transitions. I enjoy helping people recognize their choices and actualize their potential. I maintain objectivity while utilizing a Socratic method to help people explore their circumstances and options. I offer a supportive connection and strengths-based approach to treatment. During our first session, you will have the opportunity to tell me what you've been experiencing and how it has affected you. I will use this time and information to tailor my approach and treatment plan to your needs. The time spent will be conversational and we will both have the space to ask questions and get to know more about you.
