With life’s unpredictable nature, my ongoing goal as a clinician is to support our future generation by guiding them toward a meaningful life. I instill hope among adolescents and young adults by providing them a safe space to explore and connect strongly with themselves. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults in topics including (but not limited to): anxiety, depression, life transitions, peer relationships, identity struggles, and sport performance. I also encourage athletes to pursue a healthy relationship with their sport. Being a former athlete myself, I provide a valuable perspective to my therapeutic approach.
