I offer dynamic therapy drawing from both Jungian psychology and contemporary psychoanalysis. This work is relational and insight-oriented, helping individuals to grow and find relief as they explore meaning, conflict, and the deeper currents shaping their lives. Therapy with me is a collaborative process of curiosity, discovery, and transformation. Change often begins in the small moments of awareness that emerge when we feel understood.
