Currently accepting new clients! I work with individual adults, couples, and families. Over the last 17 years, I have had the opportunity to work with people dealing with a variety of struggles including: anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, depression, stress management, women's issues, parenting education, spiritual matters, relationship/communication struggles, etc. I work hard to walk through these issues alongside my clients and provide the support they need. While I can’t fix their struggles, I can listen to them and help point them in the right direction with a challenge of a new perspective and hope for their future.
