I am accepting new clients. Many people find life challenging and sometimes overwhelming but hesitate to reach out for help. I create a welcoming, safe, and validating environment where my clients can explore their issues at their own pace and arrive at solutions that make sense to them without being judged, labeled, or rushed. I help you navigate your personal journey toward growth and healing from addiction, trauma, anxiety and/or depression. I have been in recovery for over 35 years and have helped individuals restore balance and joy to their lives through exploring with them what is causing a sense of uncertainty, lack of purpose, communication barriers, loss of intimacy, or discontent.
