Hi! I’m Steve, a licensed social worker passionate about supporting teens & young adults struggling with sports pressure, self-confidence, school performance, anxiety and ADHD. I have a niche in working with young men, athletes and transitioning to middle/high school/college through Cognitive Behavior Therapy & Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My goal is to provide a sounding board while teaching positive coping skills to make positive change mentally & emotionally within your life. I also am a lifelong athlete who can help with the stress and anxiety that come from athletic preparation and performance.
