For over 35 years, I have helped many people to deal with general life issues and more specific trauma as well. I use a variety of techniques after assessing the client needs and work together with them to form and implement a good plan. Some people want dramatic change while others just want somebody to listen and I let the client lead me to where they want to go. I have experience with individuals, couples, and families. The majority of my practice involves helping people to cope with anxiety and depression and to improve their communication skills. I really enjoy helping people and firmly believe in the therapeutic process.
