Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? For 10 years, I have dedicated myself to helping men break out of the rut and live their lives fully. I use Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Somatic therapy to retrain your nervous system so you can rewrite your story. I practice these techniques and modalities myself. Part of my commitment to you is that I will never to ask you to do something I haven't done myself. Whatever you are going through; trouble in your relationships, exhausted by life's demands, or anything else, I want to hear about it.
