You or a loved one might have a serious or terminal illness, and need support and a place to share your fears and get support. You might need grief counseling because life is more disrupted than you thought it would be. You find the world very loud and jarring, or want to talk about anything else with someone who gets you. You feel like you're slipping with with anxiety, depression or bipolar and need to have a sense of gaining ground and optimism again. Therapy is an emotionally intimate human relationship. I meet you as my real self, with my real feelings, reactions and life experience. I see parts of you that you don’t see, and mirror them to you, so you can see them too, and your world can open up.
