My approach to therapy is collaborative and based in a genuine and caring relationship with my clients. During our meetings, we will work together to better understand who you are -- your desires and aspirations, your beliefs and feelings, and the patterns that occur in your relationships. My goal is to help you uncover your true self and live a satisfying and successful life in harmony with who you are. Opening up to a therapist can be an intimidating prospect. As such, I strive to create an atmosphere of safety and connectedness where creativity and humor have a place.
