I assist clients see where they came from, how they arrived to their current state of being, and to imagine a healthier, more satisfying existence. This includes identifying old coping strategies that no longer serve, growing more useful strategies, and tapping into undiscovered resources. I treat depression, anxiety, transition issues, as well as grief and loss.
