I became a Credentialed Substance Abuse Counselor to enhance my skills when supporting those with addictions. I am effective working with adults with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjusting to life changes and substance abuse. I utilize Supportive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
