I've been helping people to improve their lives for over thirty years. I began working with young adults in inpatient psychiatry and expanded to include outpatient counseling, research, training and professional development. I received my MS from Columbia University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both New Jersey and New York. I have completed over twenty years of supervised psychotherapy experience. In my practice, I specialize in working with people to gain insight and maximize their potential.
