As an adult diagnosed AuDHD individual in my own recovery, I understand how important it is to work with someone who gets you. I'm dedicated to providing a safe environment where you can thrive, be yourself, and grow. I also offer a space to find relief from addiction's vicious cycle of relapse so you can succeed in recovery. DBT is a therapy modality focused on providing skills that help to manage overwhelming emotions, improve interpersonal communication, and help to better regulate emotions. As we work together we will identify where these skills can be implemented in your life, while also taking the time to celebrate the goals that you achieve.
