Addiction is complicated, much bigger than the substance alone, and therapy is a major component to addressing addictions from all sides, assisting you in taking back control of your life once and for all. I work with adolescents as well as adults. I utilize evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT as well as mindfulness techniques. Getting to know each client personally guides the therapeutic process on the most individualized level.
