I work with adults (18+ only, of all gender orientations) and specialize in working with sex therapy, couples counseling (including open relationships/polyamory), LGBTQ+ affirming care, ADHD management, men's issues, life transitions, emotion-regulation and stress management. Depression and anxiety are also major focuses for many clients I work with. I want to help you experience a more fulfilling life by helping you identify your goals, cope with past and current concerns, increase your self-love, and develop more meaningful connections with others.
