I provide a safe and welcoming space where I will work with you to help you learn to challenge problematic dynamics, brainstorm reasonable solutions, and implement lasting change. I believe that every person has the capacity to change, and recognize that sometimes we all feel stuck. My role is to walk alongside you as you forge your own path out of that "stuck" place, and help you show up as your authentic self in every area of life. In our sessions you can expect warmth, empathy, validation, and humor as I show up as my authentic self as well. Cursing included at times!
