They say every journey begins with the first step, but I think it begins with the breath before. My goal is to create the space you need to catch your breath and plan the steps ahead. Together we'll explore the skills you have and need to better understand yourself and your relationships. While helping others navigate inner landscapes I also like to acknowledge the contexts that surround us because healing doesn't have to be a solitary endeavor. The power of community is all around us and I strive to not only strengthen the inner connection but also how we grow and thrive in the relationships that matter most to us.
