I started working in the field of mental health in 1996 and since then I have assisted folks struggling with everything from schizophrenia to bipolar disorder, from depression to anxiety, from substance abuse to suicide. I hold space in a strong way and can handle whatever is coming up for you. Together we can unpack your pain & tackle your problems.
