I view counseling as a partnership between myself, the client, and their family/support system. I have experience working with individuals, groups, and family/marital therapy. In addition to working with depression, anxiety, stress management, and relationship skills, I have experience with personality disorders, and trauma healing; particularly women who have abuse in their history and are currently experiencing distress in relationships, re-victimization, and/or substance use. I believe in meeting the client where they are at and moving forward in their time and stage of change.
