My typical clients are couples, individual men, teens, or young adults, who desire to gain better self-understanding, feel "stuck” in their current situations, are experiencing significant life transitions, suffer from anxiety or depression, believe that life should be better than it is right now, or desire to break generational chains and confront identity-based traumas. As one of few Black male therapists, my lived experiences allow me to walk with anyone who's experienced marginalization, giving them a safe space to process pain and develop tools to reclaim their dignity.
