Straight from the Heart (SFTH) Ministry Counseling Services is dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals dealing with emotional, mental, and relational life challenges. I specialize in areas of anger management, childhood trauma, stress management, grief/loss, depression and anxiety. Together we will formulate a plan of action that will promote your resiliency and personal growth. I am devoted to providing you genuine support for your life goals. I have experience helping individuals and couples through difficult times of emotional and mental distress. I foster an emotionally safe therapeutic space for clients to learn new skills, attitudes, and behaviors which are essential for maintaining emotional health and personal growth.
