First and foremost, thank you for taking such a brave step as we understand that vulnerability is not easy. I commend you. Now, why are you ACTUALLY here? Often a question thought but rarely asked. Even more so, the answer is rarely discovered. Therapy is derived from the meaning "to heal". As we understand, healing looks different to everyone. Therefore on your journey, it is important to Uncover, Recover and/or Discover those parts of your wonderful self that may be lost or damaged do to actions or beliefs of others or yourself. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, former athlete and business professional I understand the value of services, knowing when to push, pull and even call a time out. My clinical approach is rooted in theory and in practice as I will challenge you with care. I utilize a REBT approach that is always person-centered and focused on creating space for growth.
