I work with clients to improve binging, restrictive, and purging behaviors, ARFID, sensory issues, limited food variety/picky eating, and chronic illness symptoms. I give positive, trauma-informed care without sugar coating challenges of mental health recovery. I provide context behind development and maintenance of symptoms while holding clients accountable for what is within their own control. I help improve executive dysfunction symptoms and provide executive functioning coaching.
