Strong Roots Counseling is an innovative, evidence-based mental health practice delivering compassionate, non-judgmental best practice care for adolescents and adults. We see people for a range of issues, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, sleep, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, stress, women's health, and grief and loss. We provide a full range of treatment approaches including: CBT, EMDR, EFT, and other strengths-based approaches. Our providers prioritize relationship building. Additional services include psychological testing up to age 35. We also have community partners for both medication management and acupuncture.
