I have been providing caring mental health services to children, adults, and families for the last 30 years. Beginning with a thorough evaluation, we will work together to address your current concerns and give you a sense of greater control in your life. Some problems can be treated in a few sessions with support, education and direction. Other issues may be long standing and require a more detailed exploration of your unique history.
