I work with 18+ individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief and loss, guilt and shame, trauma, and transitional stress. Although I have expertise and training in mental health concerns, that does not make me an expert in you. It is my pleasure and privilege to assist clients to grow in the ways that they know they need to based on their individual goals and values. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is an evidence-based, eye movement therapy. Research has indicated that ART can be effective for those struggling with memories, emotions, and sensations connected with traumatic experiences. View 5 Photos I use a combination of client-centered, ACT, DBT-informed and IFS-informed approaches. I also use a combination of cognitive-, emotional-, interpersonal-, and somatic-focused interventions with clients. I believe that using a combination of these approaches is most appropriate for improving mental wellness and encompassing the human experience.
